Burning Man Comments – Black Rock City. The Playa. These words are synonomous with Burning Man.
Well, I didn’t go this year. I first started going to Burning Man in 1999. There were fewer people going then, and that was part of its allure. Now, with 50,000 people raising up alkaline dust storms, it is not as attractive a proposition.
The Man burned Saturday night. What a cathartic ritual! The Burning Man Temple Burn happened Sunday night. Some people find that burn to be more spiritual.
